Acceptance

Phoned-Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
The "Phoned-Tech" name, the "Phoned-CRM" name, and our logos are trademarks of Phoned-Tech Ltd. Other product names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners.
User-submitted content
If you submit content to us (e.g., via the contact form), you grant Phoned-Tech a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and improving our services. You confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site, regardless of the form of action, will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to Phoned-Tech. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will continue to apply.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The competent courts of the Haifa District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the last update. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
