Each client gets their own PhonedCRM on a separate server, shaped around how they work, and we set it up with their web address and logo. We take care of backups and 24/7 monitoring. There is no price list: we quote each client separately.

Your own web address and your logo on the login screen
We set up your own address, such as crm.your-business.co.il, and put your logo on the login screen. Your team sees your brand, not ours.
Every lead and deal in one place
Each lead has its own page with contact details, notes, tasks, emails, documents and a timeline of everything that happened. Everyone with access can see where things stand.
Routine steps done for you
Set simple rules: new leads go to the right person, follow-up tasks and reminders are created on time, and statuses change without anyone having to remember.
Connected to the tools you already use
We connect it to your website's contact form and the other tools your business already works with, so new leads arrive in the CRM without anyone typing them in.
Backups and 24/7 monitoring included
We back up your data and keep watch over your server around the clock. Looking after the server is part of the service, so your team just logs in and works.

There's no public price list. Each PhonedCRM is set up and sized for one business, so we quote each client separately.
The price depends on what you need: how big your team is, what we set up and connect for you, and any extras, like an AI assistant.

What is PhonedCRM?
PhonedCRM is a CRM, a system for keeping track of your customers and sales, made by PhonedTech. We set it up for each business on its own server, with your own web address and logo, and shape it around the way you already work.
Is my PhonedCRM shared with other companies?
No. Every client gets a completely separate system: its own server, its own settings, and your information kept only there. Another company's busy day can't slow you down.
Does PhonedCRM come with an AI assistant?
Not as standard. We can add an AI assistant to your CRM that answers questions from your own data. It's an optional extra, and we quote it separately.
Can we bring in the customer list we already have?
Yes. We import your existing list from Excel or a CSV file, so your team starts with all your customers and leads already in the CRM.
Can we decide who sees what?
Yes. You decide what each person can see and do. For example, a salesperson can see only their own leads, while a manager sees the whole team.
Who looks after the server and the backups?
We do. Backups and 24/7 monitoring are included, and we take care of the technical side, so your team just logs in and works.
How much does PhonedCRM cost?
There's no public price. Each client's CRM is set up for their business and runs on its own server, sized to their needs, so we quote each client after a free call.
