Example solutions: what we could build for your business.

A few examples of what we could build for different kinds of businesses. Each one starts with a familiar problem and shows what we'd build, how it would work day to day and which of our services it uses.

In short

PhonedTech's example solutions show what we could build for different kinds of business: online booking for a clinic, a Shopify store, an app for field technicians, an AI assistant for holiday cabins and a CRM for an insurance agency. They are illustrations, not client projects, and each project is quoted separately after a free call.

ExampleClinic

Online booking and reminders for a clinic

An illustration of what we could build for you, not a client project.

Patients book on your website, get a reminder on WhatsApp or by text, and the front desk sees the whole day on one screen.

The situation

Say you run a clinic with a few therapists. Patients call to book, the diary is a shared spreadsheet, and every afternoon someone at the front desk phones tomorrow's patients to remind them. When a patient forgets, the slot stays empty. When the line is busy, new patients hang up and call another clinic.

What we'd build

  • A booking page on your website: patients choose a therapist, a treatment and a free time, at any hour.
  • An automatic reminder on WhatsApp or by text the day before, with a link to confirm or cancel.
  • When someone cancels, the time goes straight back on the booking page.
  • A simple screen for the front desk: today's and tomorrow's appointments, who has confirmed, and a patient list with contact details and past visits.
  • Patient details stay in your own system, and only your staff can see them.

How it would work

  1. A patient books on your website, or the front desk books for them during the call.
  2. The day before, the system sends a WhatsApp message or a text with the time and a link to confirm or cancel.
  3. Confirmations and cancellations appear on the front desk screen by themselves.
  4. A freed-up time goes back on the booking page, so another patient can take it.
Typical timeline
About 4 weeks for a simple first version, and 16 weeks or more for a large online system.

ExampleOnline store

A Shopify store with Israeli payments and automatic invoices

An illustration of what we could build for you, not a client project.

Customers pay with Israeli credit cards, every order gets its invoice-receipt automatically, and the stock on the website matches the shelf.

The situation

Picture a home goods business that sells in a small shop and on Instagram. Orders arrive as messages, customers pay by bank transfer or read out their card details over the phone, and every evening someone types each order into the invoicing system. Now and then a customer pays for something that already sold in the shop that morning.

What we'd build

  • A Shopify store in Hebrew, designed for your brand, that your team updates without a developer.
  • Checkout with Israeli credit cards, including payment in instalments, through an Israeli payment provider.
  • A tax invoice-receipt for every order, created automatically in the invoicing service you already use and emailed to the customer.
  • One stock count for the website and the shop: a sale in either place updates both.
  • An alert when a product is running low, so you can reorder in time.

How it would work

  1. A customer orders on the website and pays by card, in one payment or in instalments.
  2. The invoice-receipt is created and emailed to them automatically.
  3. The stock count goes down on the website and in the shop at the same moment.
  4. The order waits in one list for packing, and the customer gets a message when it's on its way.
Typical timeline
About 4 weeks for a focused store, and 16 weeks or more for a large one.

ExampleField service

A phone app for technicians in the field

An illustration of what we could build for you, not a client project.

Technicians see today's jobs on their phone, add photos and the customer's signature, and the office sees where every job stands as it happens.

The situation

Imagine an air-conditioning company with technicians on the road all day. Each morning they get the day's jobs in a WhatsApp group, job sheets are filled in by hand, and the office only learns a job is finished when the paper comes back at the end of the week. When a customer calls to ask when the technician will arrive, nobody in the office knows.

What we'd build

  • An app for iPhone and Android with each technician's jobs for the day: address, contact person, what needs doing and a button that opens the route in Waze.
  • Photos before and after, notes, parts used and the customer's signature on the screen.
  • It keeps working without a signal and sends everything once the phone is back online.
  • A screen for the office: every job and its status, updated the moment a technician changes it.
  • A job report the customer receives by email when the job is closed.

How it would work

  1. The office plans tomorrow's jobs and assigns them to technicians.
  2. In the morning, each technician opens the app and sees their jobs in order.
  3. At each job they mark that they've arrived, take photos, note what was done and get the customer's signature.
  4. The office sees the job close straight away, and the customer gets the report by email.
Typical timeline
About 4 weeks for a focused first version of the app, and 16 weeks or more for the full app.

ExampleHoliday cabins

An AI assistant that answers your customers

An illustration of what we could build for you, not a client project.

On your website or on WhatsApp, it answers from your own documents, and hands the chat to a person when it isn't sure.

The situation

Think of a business that rents holiday cabins in the Galilee. Most messages ask the same things: when can we check in, can we bring the dog, what's included, how do we get there. They arrive on WhatsApp at all hours, often on Friday night, and the owner answers each one from their phone. Guests who wait too long for an answer book somewhere else.

What we'd build

  • An assistant on your website and on your WhatsApp Business number that answers in Hebrew and English.
  • It answers only from your own information: house rules, price list, directions and cancellation terms.
  • When it isn't sure, or a guest asks for something special, it passes the chat to a person with a short summary.
  • It never confirms a booking or a refund by itself: a person on your team approves those.
  • You can read every conversation and step in at any time.
  • Keeping it up to date is simple: change a document, and the answers change with it.

How it would work

  1. Together we collect your documents and the questions guests ask most, and agree what the assistant may answer on its own.
  2. A guest asks a question on WhatsApp or on your website.
  3. The assistant answers from your information, in the guest's language.
  4. If it isn't sure, it tells the guest that someone from the team will reply, and sends you the chat with a short summary.
Typical timeline
Usually 4 to 16 weeks. An assistant for one job is quicker, and one that connects to many systems, with several approval steps, takes longer.

ExampleSales team

A CRM for an insurance agency's sales team

An illustration of what we could build for you, not a client project.

Leads from your website and Facebook arrive in the CRM by themselves, each one goes to the right agent, and nobody forgets to call back.

The situation

Take an insurance agency with a few agents. Leads come from the website form, from Facebook ads and from referrals, and each one lands somewhere else: an inbox, a spreadsheet, someone's phone. Every agent keeps their own notes, so when someone is on holiday, nobody knows who was promised a call back. Some leads just wait too long and go cold.

What we'd build

  • PhonedCRM, our own CRM, set up for your agency on its own separate server, with your web address and logo.
  • Leads from your website form and your Facebook ads arrive in the CRM by themselves, marked with where they came from.
  • Each new lead goes to the right agent by rules you set, and the agent gets a notification.
  • A follow-up task on every lead, so nobody forgets to call back, and the manager sees what's overdue.
  • Every note, email and document in one place, so a colleague can pick up where someone else left off.

How it would work

  1. Someone fills in the form on your website or on a Facebook ad.
  2. The lead appears in the CRM straight away and goes to the right agent.
  3. The agent calls, writes a short note and sets the next follow-up.
  4. When a follow-up is due, the CRM reminds the agent, and the manager sees any lead that's stuck.
