Custom software for companies

New software has to work with the systems you already run, your supplier has to be careful with access, and your finance team needs proper invoices. We take care of all three.

In short

PhonedTech builds custom software for companies in Israel and connects it to the systems they already run. Your company owns the code and the accounts, our engineers get only the access they need, and we can sign an NDA. You get written handover notes, optional support after launch, and invoices from an Israeli company, Phoned-Tech Patron Ltd.

What companies want to know first

  • Will it work with the systems we already have?

That's usually the main job. We connect the new software to the systems you already run, such as accounting, stock, your customer management system (CRM) or your online store, so information moves by itself and nobody types it twice.

  • Will you still be around when we need support?

PhonedTech has been building software since 2013. We're a team of 7+ senior engineers, with 40+ systems launched, and 4 of 5 clients come back. And because the code, the accounts and the handover notes stay with you, the system never depends on us alone.

  • Can our own IT team stay involved?

Yes. Your team can join the weekly demo, review the work and take part in the main decisions. At handover they get the written notes and every account, so they can run the system without us.

How we handle security and access

What we do on every project, in plain words.

  • Every account in your company's name: the code, the cloud account and your web address are yours from day one.
  • Access only where it's needed: each engineer gets only the access the work needs, and you can remove it at any time.
  • Sign-in uses proven, standard methods, and passwords and other secrets are kept locked away.
  • A secure connection (the padlock in the browser), backups, and automatic checks that warn us when something breaks.
  • When a project needs it, we arrange a security check by an outside company.

Handover, support and paperwork

  • Written notes, in plain language, on how the system works and how to run it.
  • The main decisions written down: what we chose, what else we considered, and why.
  • A list of every account and who has access to it.
  • An optional support plan, with response times agreed with you in writing.
  • A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share any details, if you want one.
  • Invoices from an Israeli company: Phoned-Tech Patron Ltd, company no. 514937879.

ExampleFactory

An app for the factory floor

An illustration of what we could build for you, not a client project.

Workers see their work orders on a tablet by the line, report a machine stop with a photo, and the manager sees what's running, what's stopped and which machine is due for maintenance.

The situation

Picture a small factory with a few production lines and two shifts. Work orders are printed every morning and taped up next to the machines. When a machine stops, the operator calls the shift manager or sends a WhatsApp message, and the stop goes on the whiteboard, if someone remembers. The maintenance schedule lives in one technician's notebook, so a service is missed until the machine breaks down, and the manager only finds out what was made at the end of the shift.

What we'd build

  • An app on tablets and phones by each line, with the work orders for the shift in order and the instructions and drawings attached.
  • A large "Machine stopped" button: the operator picks the reason and adds a photo, and the shift manager and maintenance get a notification straight away.
  • A maintenance schedule for every machine, with a reminder before each service and a record of what was done.
  • A screen for the manager, on the computer or the phone, updated the moment something changes: what each line is making, and which machines are stopped and why. At the end of each shift, a short summary arrives by email.
  • It keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops in a corner of the hall, and sends everything once the connection is back.

How it would work

  1. The shift manager sets the work orders for the shift and assigns them to the lines.
  2. Each operator opens the app at their station and sees what to make next.
  3. When a machine stops, the operator taps the button, picks a reason and takes a photo, and maintenance marks when it's fixed.
  4. The manager sees every line as it happens, and the summary of the shift arrives by email when it ends.
Typical timeline
About 4 weeks for a focused first version of the app, and 16 weeks or more for the full app.

What we promise you

  • A reply from an engineer

One of our engineers reads your message and usually replies within one business day.

  • A written summary after the free call

After the free 30-minute call you get a short written summary of what we suggest. It's yours to keep, even if you don't hire us.

  • A senior engineer from start to finish

A senior engineer is on your project from the first call to handover. We don't pass the hard parts to subcontractors.

  • Progress you can see every week

While we build, we show you the progress every week in a short demo or check-in, so you always know where things stand.

  • You own everything

The code, the accounts and your web address are in your company's name from day one. If you ever want to move on, everything is already yours.

  • We stay after launch

We stay with you through the first weeks after launch and, if you want, keep looking after your system after that. We don't hand over the keys and disappear.

Questions companies ask

Can you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share anything about your business or your systems.

Do you invoice as an Israeli company?

Yes. PhonedTech is the brand of Phoned-Tech Patron Ltd, an Israeli company (company no. 514937879) with its head office at 17 Haim Laskov St., Maalot-Tarshiha. Invoices come from that company.

Can you work on systems we already have?

Yes. We can connect them to new tools, move them to a safe setup with backups and monitoring, and work alongside the developers you already have. We start by looking at what you have and telling you plainly what's worth keeping.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the size of the job. A focused first version can take about four weeks, and a large system 16 weeks or more. You get a written plan before any work starts, and you see progress every week.

What happens after launch?

You choose. You can stay with us on a support plan: we keep the system running, up to date and improving, with response times agreed in writing if you need them. Or your own team takes over, using the handover notes.
